The Greek Escape

The Greek Escape by Karen Swan

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Once the realization of her boyfriend’s betrayal hits Chloe, she packs her bags and moves across the ocean, and starts a new life free of drama and heartbreak. But her happiness is short-lived. A shocking accident involved her coworker bringing the ex-boyfriend to the city that never sleeps. And with his arrival, Chloe’s past began to catch up with her. In order to escape the hands of the sorrowful lover, she jumps head first into work. But her friend’s accident and ex-boyfriend occupy Chloe’s mind and she fails to see past the red flags and walks straight into the dangerous trap.

This is a typical Karen Swan novel, full of mysterious secrets, past lovers, heartbreaks, breakthroughs, and finally the happy ending. Loved the plot, the characters, and the beautiful locations of this heartwarming novel. Karen Swan’s novels always leave me with a warm and happy feeling of hope, love, and a happily ever after.
